In view of the importance of the position of the ITER Director-General and to honour the wish of Dr. Bigot to find a suitable replacement in the immediate period, the representatives of the ITER parties have published a Solicitation Announcement for the position of Director-General of the ITER Organization.
The announcement was published yesterday on the Fusion for Energy (F4E) website. The publication period runs for 30 days from 16 May, meaning that the final date for submission of applications is 15 June, 2022.
